Credit Card

Clients from New Zealand can pay directly online using both Visa and MasterCard through our website. Once payment is completed an electronic confirmation of the payment will be emailed to you straight away. Our payment system is fully secure and your payment is encrypted for your peace of mind.

In addition you can also process your order manually over the phone with one of our customer service staff by calling our Auckland office who can take note of your credit card details and arrange for the DNA testing kit to be sent out to you.

Cash

Payment can be made in cash at our Auckland office but only with prior notice having given to our office. This is required so that we can allocate you the case number you will need to quote at reception. Payment made in cash need to be made at reception and require that you have the exact amount of the cost of the test.

It is important to fax or email us a copy of the bank deposit slip so we can track and allocate your payment.

PayPal Payment

If you would like to make a payment through Paypal, then you have to send an email to info@easydna.co.nz advising us what test you want to order and the email address to send you the PayPal payment request.
