DNA Immigration Testing

At easyDNA we offer DNA testing for Immigration purposes. INZ, Immigration New Zealand, is the department involved in issuing Visas, New Zealand Citizenship, employment in New Zealand and other related issues. Our DNA tests for immigration can be presented along side immigration documents to help support documentation and are ISO 17025 accredited.

We offer a wide range of testing services to prove biological relationships for immigration applications, including paternity testing and maternity testing. We also offer other DNA tests between siblings, aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews and grandparents etc. through our relationship testing services.

Ordering & paying for your immigration DNA test

At easyDNA our competitive pricing structure starts from $795.00. This includes DNA testing of the father, mother and child (it excludes any fees charged by the sampler). Additional people can also be included in the test as required at an extra cost. We offer a number of methods of payments besides credited card. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is the process I need to follow?

At easyDNA our immigration department treats every case on an individual basis. Our qualified team will advise you on the type of test you require, the costs as well as the procedure entailed.

• Once your order is placed and payment has been processed, an immigration DNA kit will be specifically prepared for your case and dispatched to you within 3 working days. (Our kit contains everything you will need for the test, including submission forms, sampling instructions and the sampling kits.)

• Make an appointment with a local GP or registered nurse (Sampler) who will be responsible for collecting all DNA samples. (For a visual guide on how your samples will be collected visit our sample collection guide)

• Each person being tested must provide two passport-sized photos and an ID document to confirm identity. These will be signed and dated by the sampler.

Testing when test participants live outside New Zealand

easyDNA is an international company operating through a large network of offices world-wide. This means that we are able to co-ordinate DNA testing when test participants live in different countries efficiently.

For people being tested outside of New Zealand collection is normally arranged through the nearest New Zealand embassy and the DNA kit will be sent direct from the lab to the embassy involved to arrange sample collection (A fee may be payable in the local currency to the embassy for sample collection and this is not included in the cost if your test.)
