British actor, Jude Law is looking for a paternity test from pregnant model, Samantha Burke, who is claiming that Law is the father of her unborn child. The actor met the model while filming Guy Richie’s new Sherlock Holmes movie, and following a brief fling was told by Burke that she was pregnant and that he was the father. Speaking to close friends, the actor said he was prepared to support Samantha and the baby; if it is proved that he is indeed the father. However, he added that the reason he is insisting on the paternity test is because he needs to be “100% certain” that he is the father before he commits in any way. The model is said to be less than impressed with the way he has behaved since hearing the news, as she is insisting he is the father, however, the actor, 36, who has children from a previous marriage to Sadie Frost is very sensitive as to how this new addition to the family will affect them and therefore, wants to be certain of the paternity.
