Accreditation: One of the most important aspects, when choosing where to have a DNA testing service, is to ensure that the Laboratory is Internationally accredited. Our partner laboratories have worked hard to achieve the highest level of International accreditation.  This proves the consistently excellent standards of technical competence and assurance of quality.  It is essential to use a properly accredited laboratory.

Technical Support: Whoever you choose for your DNA testing must have the necessary experience on all levels. easyDNA is proud to have many years experience in Biotechnology & DNA profiling and boasts top technical, scientific, sales and administration support.

Testing 16 Genetic Loci: Never choose a company that is offering DNA testing on less than 16 Genetic Marker tests. This is the minimum industry standard requirements and we offer it on all our tests and indeed also suggest 20 Loci testing when required, which is normally in a case where the alleged Father could be one of two brothers. We only perform premium DNA Testing.

Private & Confidential: To ensure absolute Client confidentiality, you will provided with a “case reference number” you will need to quote in all our correspondence. The contact with your customer service representative will always be personal but highly confidential. easyDNA’s DNA testing kits are always sent in plain envelopes with no reference to DNA & the issuing of results will be as pre-agreed with the Client.

Affordable Testing: One of our most asked questions is why our tests are so “cheap” in comparison with other companies.  Simply, because easyDNA is an International DNA testing company with over 12 offices throughout the world, the number of tests conducted annually by our Labs is considerably higher than most other companies.  The reduction in costs made possible by the large quantity of tests is passed on to the Clients to make our testing highly affordable..

DNA Kit: You will receive your DNA testing kit within normally within 2 working days of ordering. It will include full detailed instructions and swabs for the DNA sample collection and a self addressed envelope to return the samples to us. It wil be sent in a plain unmarked envelope to ensure confidentiality.

Accuracy: Some companies and laboratories offer results based on the price you pay – economy priced test could mean an economy result – e.g. 90% inclusion or exclusion.  At easyDNA, we will only test to the highest standard and issue results accordingly. Our Paternity Tests will show that if the alleged father IS the biological father of the child, the probability will be in excess of 99.99%.  If the alleged father IS NOT the biological father of the child, the probability will be 0%.
